Converting Miles To Kilometer Odometer

If I buy a US IS350, anyone know how much and how easy it's to have the odometer converted from Miles to Kilometers (also Farenheight to Celsius). I know the odometer has small KMs on it.

Do a google search "how many miles in a kilometer": 1 kilometer = 0.621371192 miles

It's the speedometer that has Kms on it. But, I thought the original setup allowed either Ks or Miles to be recorded on the odometer. Bad memory, or my imagination, maybe?

Don't think it is possible. You can change the mpg readout to l/km via the LPS settings. But there appears no option to change the odometer or tripmeters to read km, or the temp to degrees C.
