How much were you able to shave? I thought that piece was thin and unable to shave, guess i didnt look hard enough.

Doesn't look like a minor rubbing problem, anything more than minor would require fixing the offset.

You need to get higher offset AND smaller overall wheel/tire diameter. You're running 20" with 235 tires which is an 1" taller than the stock 225/18's, with a smaller diameter wheel/tire and higher offset you'll have better chance to clear the front fenders esp if you want to go even lower.

Adjusting caster (even if you could) would increase tire wear. Either way, there will be a compromise. so depends on what's important to you... looks or practicality. goodluck

i acutally did alot of modding to my fenders for it to stop rubbing...I had to acutally relocate that bolt toward the front more so i can shave almost the whole tab off for it to stop rubbing, since my wheels around in the low 30's offset. If you want i can take picture of it during the daytime.

I have no idea what the offset is. I am going to pay the wheel shop a visit tomorrow morning.

Please if you can. I think my friend is able to relocate it for me.

i dont think hartawan is willing to sell at the price since recently he just picked it up not even a month old and he paid as much as my cars worth 6gs i think.

i really like the idea that superi0ro1 gave and ill try my best to help him out with this. seems pretty interesting =].

you might end up having to raise the car back up a little to give a little more clearance

Thanks Kellie

The shop shaved my metal piece, so we'll see what happens now. Hopefully it doesnt rub anymore. My friend is going to help me shave a little more and make it smoother. Worst that can happen is I end up changing tires or relocate the screw. Superi0r, if you can get that picture, it will be very helpful Thanks all.

why not try to go with a 235/30 .... still bigger than stock.... smaller than what you have.

Run a smaller tire + shave the screw... I always stick with the OEM "OD"

So in your case 225/30 = which has little protection, but you wouldn't rub as much. or you can try the 235/30...
