Oh, Well I took mine to the dealer on my 5,000 Mile checkup, told them about it and showed the techy guy and he said oh ya no problem I'll just adjust the bracket, took no time at all.

when you open the hood, there's two rubber things that you can turn clockwise/counterclockwise to move that side up or down, that'll flush the hood for you, just gotta adjust em,
hope that helps,..
Do you have maybe a picture you could show, or be a little more specific? Thanks

I think they have a different problem. Their problem is on top of the head light. Our problem is at the bottom of the head light.

Great, then I'll have to go to Lindsey in Alexandria. Did my 5,000 mile and brake dust TSB with Pohanka and they were great. But those are no brainers.

A friend of mine has an RX350 and wanted the iPod module. They bought the module from Sewell I believe (as suggested by their salesman), but Pohanka charges a flat $300 rate to install it. Took 30 minutes. Yeah, they aren't very happy. I told them to call corporate, but I don't know if they will. But I doubt they'll go back to Pohanka for service.

Update:

Lexus Corp would not authorize the repair since my dealer had told them I had "dented" my headlight, but there is NO visible damage so I have no idea why the made up the B.S, maybe they didn't want to do warranty work since they knew it was without pay?

I was advised to go to another Lexus dealer and get a "second opinion". Going to do that today after work. What a fuc*in pain in the ***. Really dissapointed with Lexus on this one.

Very dissapointed with my dealers service department. I may either try another dealer which I didn't buy my car from, pay $100 to a bodyshop to realign it, or just invest the time myself to get it done.

If we can get enough people who agree there's isn't flush, maybe it's possible to contact Lexus about this issue for a TSB?
sounds like you just got a crappy dealer, did you try another??

Default Took it to DCH in Oxnard, CA.

I took my IS250 to the dealer near my home and they fixed it! A small but visually important matter.
