Default 6000k installation

Just got my bulbs and took a look under the hood to do the installation myself and had no idea where to start! Is there a easy DIY way for this, or is it best to take it in have someone else do it for me. They are plug and play, so it cant be that hard, it is just getting the headlights out! Any help would be appreciated.

First you need a 10mm socket, and possibly a screwdriver.

1. Take off all the engine covers.
2. The air filter box located on the passenger side. I think they are 10mm bolts. There are 4-5 bolts approx.
3. The windshield wiper fluid tube is held in by a 10mm bolt also. After you unscrew you can easily pull the tube straight up and it will come off.
4.Take off the headlight covers and pop in the bulb.

hope that helps.

Edit: Since you have an intake already, you probably just need to remove the intake filter instead of the stock air filter box.

Thanks, I looked at the passenger side yesterday because it was easiest to see because of my intake, and which exactly is the headlight covers? There is a square box with 4 small phillips nuts that looks to me like is the only thing I can get to without taking out the entire assembly. Maybe pictures would be easier to explain this. It just seems extremely hidden.

^ Is the passenger side. You see that silver latch type thing. You push it toward the front of the car. Pushing it inward will cause great havoc.

^ the driver side. Same thing.

Thanks a lot! So after I push the lever that is all I need to do and the cover pops off?

They should come off easily after it has been released.
