I am looking at some rims that are 18x8.5/front and 18x9.5/rear both having +38 offset. I am planing to run my stock tires (225/40/18, 255/40/18). Would this work on my IS350 without any issues? Thank in advance!

The wheels would fit, the fronts would be extremely flush, the rear slightly less, but still pretty flush. Of course you need to make sure the wheels will fit over the front brake calipers on your 350. As for using the stock tires, I think you might be stretching them out a little too much. I know the rears will fit on a 9" wheel and look nice but going wider may be a problem.

they will fit, just be a little stretched in the rear. Stretched is cool thou. My 20"s come in tommorrow and i got them stretched in the rear

That is what i was running, until i got the proper rear size for a 9.5
remeber the 255/40 is pretty tall compared to a 265/35, it is very noticable if you ask me.

but it will work, but make sure you lower it or it will look bloated.
