Default Alarm went off for no apparent reason this morning

My alarm went off this morning for no apparent reason. I live in the sticks, so i know it wasnt anyone trying to break in. Also I woke up and got up within seconds of it going off and nobody was around it.

how sensitive are the alarms? the only thing i noticed is that a bird dropped a huge load on it. could something like that set it off?

ever happen to anyone else randomly?

Maybe it was anxious to go for a drive.

Maybe a cat jumped on top of it?

Mine did that a few times. I took it in and they replaced the alarm brain. No problem since.

I thought our IS did not have a "motion sensor". Am I wrong? I thought it would only go off for a broken window, or something like that.

I never knew the IS350 had a motion sensor, arent the stock alarms supposed to only go off when a forced entry went down or a busted window? Correct me if iam wrong though =D

What were you doing at the time the alarm went off? Where were the key fobs?

I strongly suspect that something in your pockets pressed the panic button on the key fob. The fobs have amazing range, and are very susceptible to accidental button presses.

I was in bed, and the fobs were in my jacket in the closet.
