Default Blown ALT Fuse, Connected Battery Cables Wrong :(

Long story short, i managed to connect the batter cables wrong somehow and because of this i blew the 150A Alternator fuse in the fusible link box sitting in front of the battery.

I did some research and it looks like i have to buy another unit and replace the whole fusible link section. my problem is that I cant get this stupid thing out. I know there are some people who have done this and i need your help. is there a DIY anywhere or can someone help me figure out how to take it out? there are many tabs holding it but not sure where to begin. I've attached a pic of the box, dividing it into three sections. Am I supposed to take each section out in order? any help is much appreciated

I think you have to unbolt the fuse box and those larger amp fuses are bolted into the box itself. make sure to disconnect the negative though so you don't barbeque yourself in the process

I'm pretty sure I'm not supposed to take the whole box out. apparently i should take those three sections out one by one but dont know how to do it cause there are so many freaking tabs everywhere.

Measure across the terminals and get some details. I'll take a shot at it. A good clear picture too.

Not the most in-depth but it covers the basics. You'll just have to live with the sponsor plug in his video between the fusible link content
