Default Dark Gray Mica & Smokey Granite Mica ... the same?

Hello everybody ,
I am from Dubai , UAE. I booked my 2IS300 , 3 weeks ago (still 3-5 weeks more to go). The color catalogue with dealer said the color was Dark Grey Mica . I have been reading the forum for the past 3 days now , I haven't seen anybody callin the color Dark Grey Mica . The Smokey Granite Mica is very similar to it , but when I saw the car the showroom (i.e. Dark Gray Mica) it looked similar , but seemed to have tinge of purple/blue. Or may be looked the way under the showroom lights. I am actually not very good with colors .

Just wanted to know , are they the same color?

A quick reply would be great . After i've booked the car , I seem to get anxious about every little detail. So obsessed with it already , I dont think i'm ever gettin out of it , once I get it.

Yes, Dark Grey Mica is what Smokey Granite Mica is called in the U.A.E., much the same way that the USDM color Glacier Frost Mica is called 'Bluish Pearl Crystal Shine.' in U.A.E.

Is that color code 1G0, because here they call it Graphite Grey Mica and I was wondering if it is the same?

Smoky Granite Mica, Dark Grey Mica, and Graphite Grey Mica all use paint code 1G0, which pulls up in the master list as "Dark Grey Effect." The marketing departments of each global region name the colors according to what they think will appeal most to that locale, but it's all the same paint...
