Default Is the IS250 really a 8.3 0-60 car? I think mine is faster

I got a stopwatch and timed my 0-60 tonight. All I have is a drop in K&N and a Tanabe exhaust. They dont do anything for performance, and I timed my car (granted it was with a stopwatch) but it was around 6.8-7.2 ish. Has anyone else noticed how there is no way that the 0-60 is all the way at 8.3 I mean my truck was faster and it had 35 inch mud tires on it and weighed twice as much

Get somebody with a G-Tech that'll tell you 0-60.

And before people start ranting on how the GTECH may not be accurate, I tested mine and everything was pretty much on except the MPH but I can't get it to read the cars RPMs and I'm sure thats an issue.

Did you put it under Power mode? If you didn't try that, it will be faster than your current timing

Your not going to get an accurate time with a stopwatch in your hand while your focusing on the 60mph mark. No 8.3 is not right at all I would give it low 7's to high 6's.

Its not race car by ne means but it gets the job done. I bet you and money i can go 0-60 in 3 inches of snow faster than most cars! Hehe i love the awd we had a snow storm last nite and got about 4" of snow and i was on the highway before they plowed me and this audi A4 were bombing by everyone that was going 35.

yeah i def think 0-60 even on the AWD 250 is faster than the projected 8.3...well if the 250 is wrong, is 350 faster too then?

Get a G-Tech and quit hypothesizing. You aren't going to be too accurate with a stopwatch.

I had a 250 loaner... felt about as fast as my FX35 AWD... which means very high 7's low 8's.
