Default phone incoming call display

I did a search and some are saying that it doesn't display name and number when the car is in motion. However, is it suppose to display when parked? Mine doesn't display either way.

I think your phone book entry number has to match, exactly, to the caller-ID number, else it won't display.

i had this issue earlier...and with the help of a few responses from my question i found why mine didnt show it....each number is going to be different...some numbers will need a +1 in front, and some wont...im not sure if there is a pattern, the best solution i can say is have a few friends call u and look on the screen and see if it shows a +1 or not, and adjust the number in the phonebook acordingly....(the phone book in the navi)

When someone calls I don't even get the number displayed on the NAV, it just says incoming call. I think once I pick up then the number is displayed. Does anyone know why this would be?

The number blanks out when the car is in motion and displays when you stop. The name can be displayed and any time, but but only displays if it is in the car's telephone directory, and if the number matches exactly (including the presence or absence of a preceding "1", depending on what the phone is sending)
