Today I had my first ever accident, .. I hit a Poresch Cayeen rear tire, my front right side bumper is scrached , left headlight washer is gone and my front sensors aren't working.

but now is the question, are they going to replace the whole front bumper since the left headlight washer space had some scraches at the side?

what about the sensors, I think they hanged any way to reset them?

They may have to replace the bumper, and fix everything around it such as the headlight washer and sensors if significantly damaged.

Best thing to do is to have it checked. You really can't guess at this point in time on how bad the situation is.
