Hi i have a cingular motorola razr phone and when im connected it works great... that is until another person calls in when im on the line. the phone will automatically disconnect does anybody else have this problem ?? or hopefully know how to fix it thanks!

 

I thought this sounded familiar - I did a search on 'RAZR call waiting' and found my old post. It says:

"Go to lexus.com, phone stuff, find your specific phone and the pdf for BT connection instructions. It (for the Razr V3) says for problems with call-waiting, you might need a new software version from Cingular (if you have a V3 and Cingular)."

You need to update your firmware on the phone. Try taking it to cingular to see if they can do it. If not you can do it on your own with this site, but its complicated and could "brick" your phone so be careful:
