After reading the posts I tried to adjust headlights on 04 RX330. I lowered the passenger side by going counterclockwise, but had to go clockwise on the driver side. Counterclockwise was raising the passenger side. Mine were way out of adjustment to the tune of about 30 turns. Doesn't seem right but that's what worked.
