I'm not sure what you guys are complaining about - you wanna see a supercharged IS? Well, that's what a supercharger sounds like. You can't really catch the low-end sounds because the microphones on camcorders and such don't capture this range. I like it - I wish I had a supercharger on my car!!!

Ive hearded in person @ the Pasadena Meet! I Was Following Him, From the outside it sounds great. When He Guns It Even Betta! It shouldnt be any different in the inside..* Camcorder Makes it sound weird.

Turbo spooling and sucking in air sound is very different to a supercharger belt whine. It is supercharged.
I don't get why half of you are complaining, it sounds mean in person. Just because it doesn't sing like a bird, doesn't mean it's crap. Wow, what a bunch of haters...

I didn't mean to "complain" about the sound, and I'm sure it sounds different in person. It just doesn't sound like any aftermarket SC I've ever heard (in person or not). I just think that the video makes it sound like something is REALLY wrong with the car.

The SC noise sounds a bit like that of my supercharged GS... he's obviously got a blow off valve in the setup (BOV, as do I) which makes a lot of that noise when he's off the throttle.

i never said anything was wrong with it. i don't think any of us meant that anything was wrong. it's just that the sound throws us off for a bit. i wonder how much $$$ it was and the real dyno numbers... 430hp must be crank? so what is the rwhp?

IIRC, the guys who have the LMS supercharger are getting ~30-40 more rwhp, which probably translates into about 350-360 bhp at the crank.

I envy the spirit of driving and shifting at high RPM (according to the video). My mental is not allowed it to do so.... (my mental = my wife
