Thumbs up A good all-around floor mat .....

With the long post recently about a runaway IS which may have been caused by an errant floor mat here is what I'm using which is working very well. These were a throw in by the dealer when I bought my IS350. The mats are ExactMats which are cut to fit each model. I find they fit exactly and don't move around. Unless you live in a real snow area I find these mats work great and they look good, too. You can still see the 'LEXUS' logo through the clear mat finish. These run about $70 for a four piece set, and can be ordered directly through www.ExactMats.com. Check 'em out. A very good product.

you might wanna trim the clear plastic mat where it goes beyond the carpet mats where the pedals are. my clutch got stuck underneath it once and i had to pull over to un-stuck it.

Good point .... that could be an issue with a manual tranny. But I never hope to see my brake pedal go all the way to the floor. I'll check tomorrow to see how much space there is when the brake is fully depressed.
