How many people from CA have purchased/ordered a 07 IS350 with Sports and ML?? Help!
Hi all,
I was wondering if you guys could help me out. Im from the los angeles area and I'm really in the market for an IS 350 with the sport package and ML system. However, all the lexus salesman have been giving me the run around and telling me that there is no more sports and that its been replaced by the X package. They've also gone so far as to say that there is no more ML system. I know they're bull****ting but i'd like some proof that there are people with this configuration so that I can put it in their face and make them eat their words and put the pressure on them
So it would be a great help if I could get a roll call of people from California who've either ordered or already purchased an 07 IS350 with sports package and ML. If possible could you give me as much information as possible such as price OTD, maybe a scan of your sticker or order form, dealer where you bought it, and perhaps even the salesman who helped you. Any information would be greatly appreciated and hopefully it will help me towards my goal of getting an new IS350 just the way I want it. Just reply if you think you can help out.

Tell them to check the 2007 catalog.....both the sport package and ML systems are listed. However, I find on the 'Build your IS' page on lexus.com that the sports package, and x-package options don't come up for most parts of the country. Don't know if they are in short supply or what. In my experience the sports package is not one you find too often sitting in dealer's stock.

Since you're in L.A, I would highly suggest you talk to Peter Kong at Glendale Lexus. I'm sure he would be more than happy to assist you. There are a lot of satisfied customers (including me) on this forum who have dealt with him.

May I ask which dealership you got your IS from? I live in Northern Cal so I have no problem flying down to LA to pick one up. At the very least, I can take some advice from other CL members and contact Peter K at Glendale Lexus.

No interest in an '06 ? I know Crown & Mission Viejo still have an '06 IS350 Sport Nav/ML on the lot - I bet you can get it at invoice if you wanted . . .
For the 2006 MY, the Sport & Luxury pkg w/Nav & ML weren't allocated to SoCal until the 2nd half (Feb-Jul), so maybe it's a production cycle thing. Good luck.

well.. i was looking for SMG. Not really interested in red or black. But ill give them a call.. thanks! Actually i think i'd rather go for the 06 than 07 but you know.. harder to find.
