Sorry if I'm a bit behind on this whole thing. Can anyone tell me where i can get the procedure to get my key fob to do the auto windows down feature?

You hold down the "unlock" button on the key fob for a few seconds.
If this does not work for you, then you have to get Lexus to program this feature for you.
