Default Im starting to question....

the quality of the lexus speakers. I have an ML system and about a month ago I had to replace them all because the were rattling. Now they are all rattling again and are schedualed to be replaced again. Now I know some of you are saying two things:
Q:Why are you so mad if they replace them all?
A:Because it took them three days to replace them last time, and it is not good to not have a car for that long, and I am not old enough for a loaner.

Q:Well obvisously its because you turb your music up to loud, why dont you just turn it down?
A:Actually I rarely-never turn my music up to a very loud volume, maybe once a month, maybe less.

Anyone having this problem, or maybe could give me tips to stop the scratchy rattling sound I hear?

Tell them to diagnose your whole system. I have the Mark Levinson and all is well. I turn my music up loud on occasion, around volume level 52 when I get bored. I have no scratching noises or rattling. My friend even amplified his speakers quite a bit and they're fine.. I was surprised his speakers didn't blow.

The loaner car.. just become cool with one of the service advisors and he might be able to get you a loaner despite your age. My cousin gets a loaner all the time from his service advisor and he's only 18.

I've gotten loaners at 16 before, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car even had a special program for renting a car for insurance/service issues to someone under the age of 21.

You bought the car, and part of the deal is a loaner car. I cannot see why all dealerships can't get you a loaner. Obviously you have insurance, they have insurance.

Yeah, I don't think age/loaner is a big deal. They've never asked for I.D. or my age and I've received loaners before. (19)

Hey, just wait!! When you get to be my age, you can get a loaner, but you won't need it, because you won't be able to hear the scratchy sounds.

Well Ill ask but they have refused me in the past. Also, I believe that many enterprise and other programs for young drivers require you to be at least 18. I will ask, maybe Ill get lucky, Ive spent about 5K through their service depo and I got some friends there but, where Im taking my car now is a new place, under same management, but no friends there. Why you ask? Because the dealership I was going to sucked and they ripped me off about 3K out of my car and we're currently working that out in a civilized manner (). They had told me I was getting 2K off then when we looked at the paper for insurance and bills we were paying for a car at or above its value, but thats another thread...

that's dumb... you're old enough to have a lexus .. you're resonsible enough to get a loaner from the lexus dealership.... that's BS... you should get a loaner...
