The rims are probably $1k, headlights are $850, and the spoiler is $300. There's no way that car is $38k unless it was with ttl.

I was just thinking the same thing to myself....that price does NOT include ttl.....I actually just clarified something with him that the car is actually a premium w/ additional options because i was looking through my area code on building the car and it only has this package available from that dealer so the updated MSRP is 39,732 and he still gave me the discounted price of 34,995 so ill take it. The cars black on black. Here is the full list of options for the car.....

Premium Package includes:
- Auburn bird's-eye maple interior trim
- Perforated leather-trimmed interior
- Heated and ventilated front seats

Additional Options:
- Bi-xenon High-Intensity Discharge (HID) headlamps and Adaptive Front Lighting System (AFS)
- 18-in Alloy Wheels with Summer Tires
- Preferred Accessory Package (includes Cargo net, Trunk mat and Wheel locks)
- Rear spoiler

Apprx $4,700 off MSRP for a brand new '07 IS350 - you need to jump all over that before they change their minds (ie the GM finds out) . . .

umm its 3.7k off MSRP which is pretty good... most dealers are only willing to do 2k rite now so its a good bargain if you can get it. but try to get the MSRP price as the OTD price and you're golden.

Well, I'm not an accountant, but it seems to me that 39,732 - 34,995 = 4,737 which is alot closer to 4,700 than 3.7k, must be that new math they're teaching kids nowadays . . .

Yea the deal is kind of hard to believe.....in the end of his email it states that when someone asks for a quote through internet he then takes it to the GM and then the GM+Internet guy both sit down and come up with a price so im not worried about the GM finding out since the price is from him. I wasn't planning on getting an IS till around Febuary-March but now I may consider it unless the that price will stay as is....it does also state in the email come in to the dealer with this email printed out at ANYTIME to get the discounted price. The car is $39,180 MSRP with the factory options.

The Spoiler and preferred package, and other dealer "installed" options, don't factor those into the price as much since you can get them from many online sources for invoice cost.

It's a good deal. Not great, but good. The car is sitting on the lot, so about $4k off MSRP sounds right to me. The dealer is still making thousands of dollars in profit. So it's a win-win situation.

Plus you don't have to wait for your car :-)

Ya, read my post...

"The Spoiler and preferred package, and other dealer "installed" options, don't factor those into the price as much since you can get them from many online sources for invoice cost."

I was looking at the price without dealer accessories.
