Can someone show a pic of the key fob? I have not seen a pic of it anywhere as of yet.

Cool.
Thanks. Is it a switchblade like in the VW/Audis? Or is the blade/key not needed anymore because of the button start?

Theres no ignition key. The silver part separates as a key to lock the glovebox.

manual key is still needed if the fob runs out of batteries so you can still get in your car.
Keyless entry and ignition is great

Thanks for posting the pics, funny thing is that I've ordered the car and will get it in less than 2 weeks but had never seen the key fob. When I test drove the IS 250 and 350 the salesman kept the key fob in his pocket so I never saw it myself.

Yeah, with the IS and ES, the salesmen now keep the key with them and don't have to hand it over.
