Default trunk size

Can someone give me the dimensions of the trunk in an IS350?

As a realtor I occasionally have to put some signs in there and I wanted to make sure they will fit.

Thanks

CM

Width between the wheel wells against the rear seat is 30"

Width near the rear bumper is about 50"

Floor to rear deck height is 16" at the rear seat and 18.5" under the 3rd brake light.

Floor depth from the rear bumper to the seat is (give or take a few inches) about 36".

I was surprised that the trunk was bigger than it looks. when i first saw the trunk i thought it was a joke! but now that i've owned the car for 3+ months, it's actually big enough. my fiancee's cello w/ a hardcase actually fits in the trunk Sideways!!! i was in disbelief when i actually put it in. Also, my golf clubs fit in there no problem.

Why don't you take a few of your signs to a dealer and see if they will physically fit in the trunk - they usually have an IS on the showroom floor. I did the same with my kid's carseats, I wanted to make sure that they would physically fit with enough legroom (in the front & back) before I threw down $40k on a new IS . . .

Your trunk better be big, 'cause I'm putting my bike in it!

the other day, i filled the trunk with 10 mufflers, intake box, and at least 20 plus strut bars

i think the middle is kinda useless where you flip the cover open and there's a space from the trunk to the rear seats.. lol.. well, i guess i can put my fishing poles through there
