I got the royal treatment. 2 standard issue FOB covers and two really awesome disposable paper mats. The mats were worth every penny because whomever did the pre-delivery had some oil or something on their shoes. Since I have cashmere interior it would have been UGLY for the carpet.

(contrast) on the RX350 delivery we got two really nice Lexus keychains, a gift cert to a nearby Italian spot, all weather mats for the front pax(did not ask or pay for them), the standard service coupon book (its worth it), and one of those aluminum or whatever Lexus in car mugs.

Key chain and skin for the smart key (some made-in-china junks)
Coupon book (10%-25% on parts, labors service... pretty much junk to me because I don't believe dealer service)
Prepaid coupon for one tank of gas
Life-time free car wash (not detailing, another junk to me because I am a zaino slave, and I don't like their cheap labor on car wash)
2 mugs in a Lex box (again, junks from china)
Free dinner and reimbursement paid by dealer (I did $134 for 2 people)
And.... unlimited free saleman's smile (because the saleman is my friend)

what dealership did you buy at?

I agree it depends on who you deal with because I got mine from Longo and they gave me the $100 gift cert to parts/services also. My salesman was Tony Tsou. Nice guy to deal with.

Default Hendrick Lexus of Charlotte

2 Lexus key Chains-Nothing extravagant, but very nice
2 Lexus Mugs-Again, nothing extravagant, but very nice, to say the least
Full tank of Gas
License tag for front and back
(And I had my little godson there with me that day, so they gave him a shirt)

It was an expensive car, so the gesture was very nice.
