Default aftermarket spoiler?

Has anyone thought about installing an aftermarket spoiler, one like the Mitsubishi Evolution has? (Of course, a smaller one - in height) Is there any aftermarket spoiler for the 2IS?

That would be just nasty..the car is WAY too chunky for even a spoiler that's raised 1 inch off the trunk...YUCK!!

If you were to do a photoshop rendition of this idea, you would likely get the best idea of the appearance.

As others have implied so far, I think this would NOT be a good idea. Think about how many prominent rear spoilers one seek on sleek luxury sport sedans such as ours (e.g. CLS, RS A4; though IMO opinion the 250/350IS looks are matched ONLY by the CLS which of course is NOT compact nor in same price range).

Bottom line though as implied by C280to250 (post#5) the decision is yours. Of course if you decide to place WRXSTi sized wing and stickers for all the parts you have on your car and rebadge your car for items you do not have, then we will have to use the R word.

I'd suggest using the old school Supra spoiler. Seriously...wtf???? Not the "R" word but the "F" word!
