Default need help too find out chassi number codes

Hello!
I´ve been looking at the chassi numbers for some 2IS. By looking at different IS´s I have been able to make som conclusions. I think I´ve got out allmost all of it, except for a few codenumbers,

Here is a picture I´ve made for you.

I am most curious of the code that I have pointed out with a big "?" That code can be X0,10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80 or 90.

Anyone? All ideas are welcome!

I think you're wrong about the 5,2 being Auto and Manual. The 11th digit indicates the plant where the IS was manufactured.

5 = Tahara
2 = Kyushu

Yes, there are two plants making the IS.

I don't believe so, in fact the tranny codes are on a separate row on the door panel. If you do a search, you'll find a Toyota "VIN" decoder, it should pretty much explain what each digit in the VIN is for.
