Im not 100% certain but I believe that with Lexus the ballast is made by Denso and the bulbs are Philips? If im wrong about that please feel free to chime in.

With our XenonDepot kits, the bulbs and ballasts are made by Philips (OEM manufacturer).

Shaolin, did you get any "Low Beam/Bulb Failure" warning message from the onboard computer after you fitted the XD HID into the car?

I was told that there may be this possibility because the OEM halogens are on 55W whereas the HIDs are on 35W.

I am thinking of fitting the HID in my car but am concerned about this failure message appearing.

At this moment Not Yet. This being said I only have them on less than a week be I do drive very early morning and late at night so I use my head light will be on most of the time. I will post something on as soon I see something.

This is the first time I heard about the low beam/bulb failure. Other people with XD have this issue?

You do not need to worry about a low beam failure indicator when installing our product on the IS.

let me see if i have some time tonight to take some picture where i put them. I have tape up on the oem intake box. the reason i did that compare to the other person is because they tied it up by the body. i was afraid to have any time of noise and water by where they put it.

Hopefully i will be able to figue out how to post pic or i will ask another member to post it for me.

Night time pictures...

With camera flash...

Without camera flash

Without fog lights

Light beam...Does anyone know why my lights have this dip in it? It seems to be coming from my driver side headlight (see read arrow) Any ideas on how to fix this?

^^^ One of your light on "Driver" Side is tilted further down than the other side....... There's a screw that you can mess with to adjust... There was a thread about this by "Technique"!
