WTF!!!! who would pay $100,000 
for a license plate!!!! Mine's like $100 a year for a specialty Buc's plate with my name on it. So is that a one time fee or does the tag still need to be renewed every year?

The cost is to have the right to the numbers(plate) you still have to pay for registration.
Who would pay $100,000 for a license plate??? People with a lot of money or if your last name is DuPont.
I have seen cars with the black tags and their plate is worth more than their car! Absurd!! I know!!
