Die cast models are normally held together with snap on parts. If its already assembled, you can just remove the body, mask the glass well, sand it down some, prime it, sand it, paint it. It's pretty fun to do it and to see the result. Don't know if I would try this on a 70 dollar model though...

2625 Japanese yen = 23.1910875 U.S. dollars.

Google has some really neat conversion routines from their search entry screen. Just type in "2625 yen in dollars" and it will convert it for you...

Approx. $23

I'll probably be too lazy to build it.

Cool

Thanks for the conversion.........that is quite reasonable. Pocky, are you saying it is unassembled. Was it saying that in the Japanese lettering? I want it already put together. I'll pay somebody $50 for it assembled.

Yeah, it's a model car kit. Or I could be wrong, and it's actually a 1/24 scale plastic model car.

Looks a little off to me... fenders flare out too much and wheels are too far in. I'll wait for a higher quality model, preferably a die-cast one.

Thanks to a translator on the internet, it says this prototype may differ from the production model.
