Default Ipod Connection?

Okay, for all you techsters out there...what do you have to buy to get your Ipod Nano connected to your IS auxillary connection? I'm having a tough time trying to figure out what kind of products to purchase for my IS? Can you all help me out?!

ok here goes I've been using this set-up and it really rocks - it's elobrate but if you want the best (in my opinion) here it is.

1. Ipod
2. Sik Adapter
3. Firewire Charger
4. Crutchfiled siganal noise reducer found here:

5. I-Jet remote

MD727 that looks like a nice setup... the only problem is it seems to take up the entire armrest! How much did all the different adapters/chargers/remote etc cost?

it was about 100.00 for the set up (not including the ipod) - as said, it is elobraote - but the sound quality is awesome. It does fill up most of the armrest I'll admit - but I really don't have anything I need to put in there anyway. Thanks for the comments- and good luck with whatever setup you go with..

Would you mind sharing the purpose of the xteme mac charger and the ipod grip? I just have my 20GB ipod hooked up with the 3.5mm double male cable. Thanks.

Plus, I don't want to keep opening and closing my arm rest to change songs or keep pulling it out when my friends ask to see how my set-up is. Hope this helps.
Cool, thanks. I couldn't find it on the web after I read your post so didn't know if it was a charger you used in the armrest. Appreciate the info.

Does that iJet use RF or IR? Could you also add how well it works when your compartment is closed?
