Just like Sony, Japanese designer always design and make all the nice features for JDM product. Especially in VAIO notebook and CLIE handheld. I always have to dream about what they have.

Dang Steve, on top of things as usual! I just want to get the IS!!! I'll worry about fogs and remote start later. I do however wish the new IS had the yellow fogs, in having the 1st gen I have always felt that the yellow fogs were synonymous with the IS. I wonder if those could be fit in the new IS? Anybody know?

Will it be possible to get remote start? What are the advantages to this? How expensive is it?

We can get it, but I'm trying to make sure we can adapt this to the USDM Lexus so it will work

One advantage, you can start your car remotely which works on cold mornings,evenings....just pre-set the heat control night before and you will be nice and toasty, you can also pre-set the A/C to cool off the car in summer

Pricing, we will find out shortly

Thanks.....I didn't realize it could do all of that....I just figured it just turned the car on..... I know I look stupid asking some of the questions I ask but I learn something new every time I do...I am curious to know the pricing for this feature.

Not a stupid question at all....that's how you learn

Just so you understand, it doesn't control the AC or heat. I was saying you can pre-set your temp in the vehicle manually, since this works with the engine on it will cool or heat up your car once you hit the auto start button!!

Hope I didn't burst your bubble
