Why are there so many people out there concerned with a 16 year old getting a car like this for their birthday. Good for them. I didn't get one, but wish I did. I would guess jealousy is the motivating factor for hating on the kids and their parents. It's just money.
I can give my opinion when I feel like it...any parent is an idiot if they buy their kid a newer luxury car for their first car. PERIOD. The kid is not in the wrong the parent is...
i never said you couldnt voice your opinion, but if i find a facility in it i will point it out. to make a universal statement that EVERY parent who blesses their child with something nice is an IDIOT is laughable. why does it even bother you? do you feel wronged in some way that others got this and you didnt? shouldnt you be happy for them?
WTF...How do all these kids get such nice cars? My parents didn't buy me a car when I turned 16 and they never will...spoiled....
25/Texas/Male/IS350...that I paid for myself, no daddy help.

Sometimes if financially allowed, it's a reward for being a good kid. Good grades, staying out of trouble, helping out the family - that sort of thing.
And with kids nowadays, with the environment and pressures they have to deal with, it's a big deal when they go the right way. It's hard to be able to nurture them into productive adults. Too much ugliness out there.
I'd rather see the younger ones here talking about their beloved cars and spending money modifying them than NOT being here and possibly out on the streets taking drugs or stealing. And to make another point, notice how polite, respectful and mature they are on here....
To you younger ones, good on you and you keep on being you.
