Ive checked the manual and it says the fuel pump relay is the big green one and the grey 25 amp fuse. I can remove the 25 amp fuse just fine but the green one just doesnt come out, i would try harder but i dont want to break it, is there like a latch? The grey thing on the side doesnt seem to be one so im at a loss
Yoda gods didn't mess around with the contacts and they are a bugger to get out. There is no latch. If you do pry it, use plastic tools as some things are powered.

Why do you want it out?
Hmm, alright I'll try harter then. I want it out so i can clear the fuel lines of all gas and blow it out.

Nah man, i used my big pliers on that thing, it will not come out, is it possible to just remove the 25 amp fuse? Cuz they both say theyre for the F/PMP

Are you just trying to discharge the fuel system? If so the instructions are below. There will still be some pressure in the lines.
Pulling the fuse is all you need to do then... I pulled the relays out of the coolant system heater (GLW RLY1, GLW RLY2), I had to be pretty aggressive / persuasive / maybe even mean, but they came out so I could test the heater elements.
Good luck, also hold the gas pedal down while cranking and keep that battery charged.

Another thread explaining of the fuel pump relay removal.
