2011 headlight hyper flashing blinkers issue
I have a 07 IS350, recently I upgraded my headlights to the updated OEM versions, and I have been getting the hyper blinker issue inside (green arrows) and outside from the headlights and the tails. I already swapped my low beams/signal bulbs out, but it's still doing the same thing and I'm unsure what the cause is. Does the change require a resistor or a fuse swap?
Thanks for all the replies and helping me out.

usually when this happens it means the flasher relay is bad... but it only starting after the headlights were swapped is a little suspicious. Did you put any led replacement bulbs in? or standard incandescent?

I swapped the low beams/blinker bulbs from my old headlight to the new one only.
Didn't try upgrading my fuse relay block. Do you think I would need to replace the entire block itself or just a single fuse replacement for the headlights?
just a signal relay block under the steering wheel shaft, that what I did when I upgrade MY12 headlights on my 07 IS

To provide some additional info..... I did a swap with the 13 headlights on my 08. You only need to replace the flasher relay under the driver side dash, nothing more. Here's a post on part numbers and its actual location: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...ml#post7184143
