Default 2007 IS350 Navigation “check the system”

I have a 2007 is350 with more then it’s fare share of electrical problems one of which is that it’s navigation screen/ system has never worked while i’ve owned the car. I know it worked a few months before but not sure what happened. I’m coming up in a year of owning the car i’m November and the screen or lights on the system has never worked

tonight while leaving work my car didn’t start and i needed a jump, after jumping the car the screen turned on and said “ check the system” i was able to see my climate controls and it looked fine

during my drive home the screen seemed to reset and went black but not off and was unresponsive

i got home turned the car off then on again and it was like nothing happened

i only have this one picture because it all happened so fast if anyone has any ideas or help
it would be greatly appreciated

These have a mechanical hard drive in them, I'm not saying your failed as you need to run a diagnosis.

There is a combo of ignition on, info button, and some other switch. I've posted it before. Do a search using my name and electronic diagnostic. It will give you much more information and direction towards which sub-system is at fault.
