Different grilles on IS300??

Different grilles on IS300??
I noticed there seem to be 2 different stock grilles on the IS300. One has the silver L emblem and the black grille with the holes in it. Then I saw 3 IS's at the dealer today that had black emblems and a different front grille. Are these the 2004 IS or ??

the new 2003 "sport design" has the black emblems with the new grille. is that what you were looking at. you can tell predominatly by the new 11 spoke alloys (part of the 2003 sport design).
