Pics of your IS - The 1st Gen Showroom
I used the search engine. I got the entire section several times, but didn't found any thread for our favourite car.
Feel free to post pictures of your personnal IS200-300 (sporcross or not), and Altezza (accepted) pics. Feel free to explain your mods and wheel setups (because I know this is an often asked question).
------------------------------
If you allow myself to do so ; I will allow to start with mine. Mine is a bone stock 2002 IS300 Sportcross. I will, for the moment, use the garage's images, because they where taken with a good machine and a good light. Will add new pictures myself later, when the new wheels have been installed.
Lexus IS300
2JZ
For the moment, around 41'000 miles.

What I like with our favourite daily, is the fact that it olds so well. When I'm looking to your picture, I see a 200k miles car beeing absolutely spotless.
I just come out of an ownership of a very common Seat Ibiza. That thing was literally loosing his lacquer and started to rust in every corner at 100k miles.

A very mistreated car that´s is slowly undergoing a "rolling restoration" back to a somewaht representable state.
I have a build thread in the build thread section that i´m trying to get back up to date

I/H/E, Wald replica kit (thanks deer #1), VIS hood (thanks deer #2), 19x8s I think. I've had it for so long I forget the little details!

My 04 is300 5spd
Love this car!!! Fell in love with them ever since one of my buddies got one. Currently around 135k miles. Other than needed to change a radiator and clutch nothing bad about her. Needs a few TLC touches left from previous owners nothing serious just been procrastinating about it, but plan to fix them after my deployment ends. Thinking about doing a na-t swap, heard the stock trans is iffy for boosting. Can seem to find any tips on good manual trannys that'll hold about 400hp other than the w58 I believe it was? Not wanting to go too deep in my pockets so anything that bolts up and holds up for a good price will be nice, any tips?

I'd start a new thread. IPT can build an A650E transmission for you but 3rd gear sprague is still weak. There is _****ery_ involved if you want to turbo a GE motor and keep the auto trans. If you swap it I think you will lose your traction control unless you use an alternate strategy setup in a standalone. If you don't care about your gauges and lights in your dash operating properly anymore then you can put a GTE motor in it. That's what most people do to turbo these cars I think.
