Default disconnected the positive battery terminal while car was running

my friend unplugged my positive battery terminal while my car was running thinking that it wouldnt hurt it and now my car doesnt turn on or crack its completely dead no lights no sound when the door opens i was told i probably blew a relay or a fuse i checked all my fuses they are good what relay or what do you think couldve blown ?

do you think it could be a relay that blown?

yes it died right away im sure its not my atlernator tho i just put in a high output alternator a 200 amp alternator
