01 IS300 Worth with a blown head gasket?
Hi guys new here,
Recently had my car overheat and the inevitable happened. I don't think I want to spend the time or money to get it fixed. What do you guys think is a fair price if I were to sell it?
140,xxx miles, all electronics work, interior is still solid, no major issues other than the head gasket.
Thanks in advance!

Last 01 IS300 I bought was a white pearl with tan interior, it had a blown engine, not headgasket. As in there was no salvaging that engine..it ran hotter than jet fuel and blew out chunks of the head between cylinders but that's besides the point. I paid $900 for it with 85k, 1 owner, clean car fax, new tires, immaculate condition.
Before that I bought an 01 auburn sky pearl with rod knock at auction for $250 w/ 200k. It needed minor body work like a new bumper minor.
$500-$800 for yours would be a fair deal for both buyer and seller. If the chassis is in really good shape and you can prove it's a clean title with a car fax, then $1000 would be a good deal.
