Unless there is a good reason not to get it fully loaded, it will be fully loaded when purchased. Any thoughts on the best purchase? By December I want low 14's and a sexy ride. Just don't know which is the best buy for the buck.

errr.... you should read more on the car

for is3, it's either 5 speed auto WITH e-shift, or it's 5 speed manual. and you mean sport design? it's all cosmetic, nothing performance at all....

the e-shift has a better tranny if you want to put in turbo or supercharge for more than 400hp. but the 5 speed is a lot more fun imho and you don't have to worry about the fuel management system computer
