Unhappy Need help

Hey, I've owned a 2001 is300 for about 3 hears now and haven't had any problems with it. About a month a go my car was idling rough and sounding like it was cammed. We changed the spark plugs and wires and changed the valve cover gaskets as they hadn't been replaced since 2001, well we changed the OCV and it fixed the car, no cels or anything. Well about 2 weeks ago driving a long I noticed if I was trying to cruise and maintain a speed the car would jerk/hiccup. No cels were showing and at first I thought it was my foot letting off the gas and reapplying the gas, well recently it got worse and I've been trying to figure out why. Today I was driving and I was pulling back into the garage when I noticed the car was idling at 1000 rpms and wouldn't go down, I parked and the idle went up to 2000 rpms and was wanting to keep climbing and the traction light was flashing. I've already changed the maf sensor, the air filter, and the tps sensor and I'm out if ideas. Please if you've had this issue before let me know what you did to fix it
