Hi guys, I have 235k on the car, its been a joy to drive, rock solid reliable. This car made me a firm believer in Toyota/Lexus and because of that we bought a rx330 as well. Back to the reason for the post. And good step by steps on tips and tricks for replacing the motor mounts?

I'm pretty mech inclined, but I want to get a good visual on the upcoming repair before I began, this is my daily driver so I cant afford to have it down. Any good write ups around? I search and didn't really come up with much, real world example. Any help much appreciated. Also any special tools, I have a pretty good tool set along with wobble extensions, etc.

Just have to lift and support the motor - a pain because you'll be doing it on the ground, but not terrible - think contortionist trying to get leverage on some of the bolts though
