Default anyone know what this is?

my car is having starting issues and found this heatsink bent a little. my dad prolly bent it while helping me remove the headers.

wondering if this could be an issue.

That is your DRL (Daytime running lights) module. It would not effect your starting issue.

Can you describe the issues?......slow start, no start, slow crank, clicking, ect....
