Iv wanted to do the same thing for a long period of time but Iv never found anything. Iv found a guy who does molds and stuff like that. Im going to talk to him sometime this coming week, Ill try to post something if I get it done but I want to do that type of duck tail style spoiler that somewhat flows with the curve of the body

I agree the duckwings available look too long and square, would be awesome to have one like the isf's the turned up nose look would line well with the angle of the rear lights on an is300. make it a bit tougher.

let us know if you found any pics or info

Subscribed. I'd be interested in this. I was going to try and fab up something myself later this year like this for my own car for a little DIY project. Here's a little photoshop i did of something that I would like to end up with: (not my car or photo so credit to them!)

Love it. There's some wald rep trunk spoilers on ebay for ~$100 which would be good candidates to go off of. Keep this thread updated with any progress please

I think it should be molded for sure. I think it'll look cool. Definately grab a rep and hack it up. Youll have to smooth out the edges to match the body lines though...

any ideas what would suit better, an ISF one or is250/350 etc one? not sure if there is a lot of difference in shape or dimension of the boot line?

I have an IS250 and I believe the IS250/350 and the ISF have an identical trunk, so it shouldn't matter.

My wald replica from ebay arrived today, 170 from overseas and 50 of that was postage unfortunately. not bed looking rep, bit surprised it was molded plastic not fiberglass but should still work for what im doing. plastic will flex a bit more too i suppose

Pretty excited lol

as a quick test sitting over existing lip, it sits close to same line but bit more curved then back of the 300. goes %99 of the way over the boot lid length tho so i think its time for some fiberglassing haha

will put up pics here and there

This will look good on an IS300 but I think you over paid for the spoiler especially since it's plastic. Here is a link where they go for $90-$100 and free shipping. http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_odkw...ype+w&_sacat=0
