Hi! I'm hoping you all could help me. My lexus is needing a high mileage tune up and I'm hoping to get a comprehensive list of what I would need to buy for it. My mechanic speaks English as a second language so sometimes I have no idea what part he's trying to tell me. He's a mechanic for a living and has worked on my car many times. But my ex and I broke up and he was the one who spoke Spanish but I'm keeping the mechanic lol

I have a 2001 Lexus IS 300 and she has 226k and running strong. Love my lexus!

So far I've understood:

Timing belt
Water pump
Spark plugs
Gasket seals
Air filter
Crank shaft engine/seal?
Transmission fluid/filter

And I think normally a fuel filter, but the polar vortex killed my fuel pump a month and a half ago so that was changed with it.

He was explaining that while he had the engine open it was good to change a few things.
So what else am I missing?
