Default Vibration from steering wheel when braking

Have replaced the control arms, and also a new tire and wheel balanced but the problem is still there. Ive been told the rotors and pads are fine so bit confused on where to go next? any help would be great.

Also when my tire was off this had some play in it, its circled in red in the picture:-

Does steering wheel shake faster at highway braking and less at slow speed stops? Did you check caliper slides and pads move freely in caliper bracket shims? If so, put ur rotor on a lathe and check for trueness.

If it only shakes when braking then its more than likely warped rotor issue. Could also be a lower control bushing. The circled in red part is the sway bar and that should not have a shacking effect under braking

Put 1 wheel in the air at a time. Move the wheel left and right and see if there's play in the suspension. Could be the tie rod, Did you replace both the upper and lower control arms?

Put a dial indicator on the brake rotor and check for runout. Also, inspect the brake rotor for heat spots.

being that the cost of pads and rotors is not so expensive, i would just go ahead and replace the pads and rotors.

Either warped rotors, i had same problem and my pistons were bad in the caliper, so it caused one of the wheels to "brake" all the time. Lift ur car, spin the rotors, the press the brakes, and check if any of the rotors get stuck.

Default warped rotors

Even if there is a slight warping of the front rotors (not even visible by the naked eye) you will feel it in the steering wheel when braking. Recommend you replace the frint rotors and pads to have all new braking surfaces. Also check and clean and lube all caliper slides and pad slides. If you feel the vibration in your seat then it is the same situation in the rear brakes, follow the same procedure above for the rears. I knkw this from experience and I am a technician...

Lower control arm bushings, I've got the same problem, check your inside tread on your front tires , see if they're wearing unusually fast
