Start with BC BR Coilovers.
There should be a 2JZGE Turbo build post around here.

I recommend Koni Yellow struts with Eibach Pro Kit springs if this is your daily driver, rides a bit stiffer than factory, but handles like a dream.

Good! Now, you said you wanted to go Turbo. Making a 2jzge Turbo is pretty straight forward. Depending on the amount of HP you want, you'll have to upgrade Clutch / Transmission / Driveline / Rear Diff so that everything can handle the power, and that you get the best power to the wheels as possible.

First Determine:

What is my HP Goal?

You started with Suspension First, so I will assume you're wanting at least 400HP, but no greater than 550HP..

You could get everything you need for about $4000 - $4700.

Things you shouldn't cheap out on:

Exhaust Manifold, Ebay manifolds SUCK, I have a contact that Fabs them.
Turbo, Borg-Warner S300 ($750) (I know a guy)
Clutch, Go 6-puck Double Disc.
Injectors, 1200cc.

My friend is in the middle of his build, which is likely the same as yours, but he wants a little more HP, what he has is perfect for what you're trying to do, if I'm correct.

Good Luck, Post here if you have any questions.
