I have pulled codes P071 and P074 twice within the past week. Have cleaned the throttle body as well as the MAF sensor. in the process of running some Lucas injector cleaner through it, but now car just won't start....like getting no gas?

Would a bad MAF prevent the vehicle from starting? Fuel filter?

Any suggestions would be appreciated!!
