02 IS300 CF trunk lid...any suggestions??

02 IS300 CF trunk lid...any suggestions??
IM thinking about getting a carbon fiber trunk lid since my wife decided it would be a good idea for her to back her suv into my 6 week new to me IS300. Of course this was a couple of months ago and now im ready to fix it. I just installed godspeed adj. front upper camber arms, megan racing adj. traction rods and toe rods, along with the FIGS adj. MEGA arms. I also purchased a clutch damper delete from FIGS as well . It also has function and form coilovers. Something odd i figured out, after i put my suspension on and took it to the alignment shop while they were putting new tires on it they noticed a screw going through the RIM WTF??? I dont know i just bought it 6 months ago.. any ways need a trunk lid any suggestions i was thinking a VIS??

me too.... had mine for at least 7 years now....
one trick most folks trip out about... the remote lock release will not work on the CF lid unless you GROUND the solenoid back to the chassis you will, i think,... if i recall correctly... find a ground wire on the hardware for the trunk lid latch/release.... that wire needs to be extendeed to reach over to the hing arem & up to the chassis where you can ground it properly....
