New Owner 2002 IS300! Looking for meets in Tampa
I am the proud new owner of an IS300 2002! Really excited to join the community of owners and hopefully attend some meets here in Tampa. My baby was in terrible shape on the outside and is currently in the shop getting an AMAZING paint job. I would love to post all the awesome pics in the photos section but can't yet because of the restrictions so I have included a few and hopefully I will add the rest of them soon. Anyone that has any advice on this model and or knows of meets in Tampa, please let me know

Thanks for the welcome! As far as what I have planned, mainly just getting her back into life LOL. Although, you'll notice in the pics, I added a spolier with a tail light, and had the tail lights and markers smoked out. She needs a couple new tires, interior speakers replaced, add a sub and amp, getting the interior detailed because it smells like cigs, and possibly looking into different rims. Thought about Turbo charging it but that is down the line. Looking forward to meeting others and sharing tips. Get the car back on Wednesday, needs a few more touches but I have included some more pics. Thanks again everyone!

Morning. I am located technically in Lutz at the Florida Nebraska Apex. Pretty much on th eline so we usually just say Tampa. Everything in Tampa is pretty much a 10 - 20 minute drive. Do you know of a group based out of Tampa?

well there is a car meet at USF on fridays and thats pretty cool, but there isnt an IS crew in Tampa. not a whole lot of lexus enthusiasts in this area, that I know of but I am down to start one

Thanks for the compliments on the new paint Taking it back to get wet sanded and have the interior cleaned (seats and carpets) and a couple other touches. Really love the shop we used, great people and beautiful work As far as an IS crew in Tampa, I would love to be a part of starting one up. If you have any suggestions on how and where something like that would be ideal, let me know I will do what I can to help. Hubby is a Supra owner and they meet up here in Tampa as well. It's nice to have a community of owners with the same interests. Thanks again for all of your replys!
