Whats up guys, I finally decided to become a member after lurking on the forums for a couple years now. I've had my IS for about 4 years. It's been a very slow process reaching my goals, which honestly never will be met. I'm never content with my car. If I did everything i want to do to it I'd still want more parts lol. So far i've put BC BR coilovers on it, Megan Toe Rods (never buy these, I already have to replace them. Going with FIGS) welded the diff, built a bash bar, apexi exhaust, intake, TRD neo rep front bumper, side skirts from a E36 BMW, 18x9 & 18x10 FR500 wheels, and a bunch of random stuff that no one cares about. It's auto as of now, but within the next few months I am panning to swap in a W55 that I bought locally for dirt cheap, and swap out the turd 2j for a 1JZ VVTI or a 2JZ-GTE. Haven't decided which yet. Most likely the 2j simply because of the ease of the swap and power potential. The goal is a reliable daily that I can take to local drift events and shred on the weekends.
