Fitment ???
Rims - 18x9 +15 all around
Tires - 215/40/r18
Would these fit on a STOCK IS300??
If no what would have to be done to fit them??
Also would they fit if I got a different size tire? If so what size?

If you're car is lowered which I'm pretty sure it is, they won't fit. The tire size is good if you want the stretched rubber look, but you're gonna need to roll your fenders and do a slight pull with like maybe a 2 degree negative camber.
